Rick Palmer has over thirty years experience in facilities management, project management and real estate transactions. His capabilities in real estate strategic planning, workplace design, and project management make him a sought-after consultant in company expansion projects.
Rick holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering. He is a former national office and board member of the International Facility Management Association and is also associated with the Institute of Industrial Engineers, the Industrial Development Research Council, and the Senior Facilities Management Roundtable.
