Patrick A. Remfert
Pat Remfert has over thirty years experience facilitating internal change in his roles as plant manager, manufacturing director, and division manager. He has a proven track record as a visionary, leader, and coach.Pat specializes in lean thinking concepts, including lead time reduction, lean inventory record integrity, cellular/focus factory manufacturing, kanban, 5S, and setup reduction.
Pat holds a BS and an MS in Industrial Technology from the University of North Dakota. He is the past president of the Twin Cities Chapter of APICS and a member of the Technology Curriculum Council at the University of North Dakota. He has excellent teaching skills and is a competent educator at all levels of the organization.
