Cathy Perme has over thirty years experience facilitating organizational change in industries ranging from manufacturing, to finance, to service. She has worked with both labor and management stakeholders in restructuring organizations and has been training work teams for over fifteen years.
Cathy holds an AAB in Business Data Processing, a BA in Management Development, and an MA in Human Development. She is a member of the Organization Development Network, the Organization Development Institute, and the Human Systems Dynamics Institute. She is also the author of over thirty articles and chapters on leadership, teamwork, and change.
