You will also learn how your organization's culture compares to over 700 others in a research data base.
Lean Principles in Office Environment
This workshop teaches how lean principles can be applied in the office, with the same successful results obtained in the manufacturing area. Achievements of reduced lead-times by 80 percent, improved efficiencies by 25 percent, and increased throughput by 20 percent on a project are typical. Office functions can account for more than 50 percent of the lead time in companies, more than 25 percent of the cost of goods sold, and have substantial impact on order capture rate.
