Process
- 1. Review Business Policies: Review goals to obtain a clear understanding of the company's long range plans.
- 2. Develop Planned Business Processes: Develop effective and efficient processes based on office team formation.
- 3. Document Employee and Department Requirements: Develop prototypal workstations for clerical and supervisory personnel based on major value streams and define department support needs.
- 4. Develop Employee and Facility Support Requirements: Document conference and lunchrooms needed to support developed office teams.
- 5. Develop Relationship Chart: Determine spatial relationships within and between office teams and related support needs.
- 6. Develop Detail Layout: Develop detailed layout of support equipment, employee workstations, conference rooms, storage rooms, and team support.
