- 6. Document Current Value Stream: Develop detailed process flow chart to document the current value stream.

- 8. Establish Process Measurements: Determine what measurements will be used for evaluating the success of the improvement team.
- 9. Develop Future Value Stream: Create detailed process flow chart for planned value stream.
- 10. Develop Implementation Plan: Create plan for implementation of planned improvements.
